I have tried numerous other Papua New Guinea Coffees, including organically grown shaded coffee, other organic coffees, and always must come back to Food Alchemy's coffee. This company not only has the best coffee but they take the time to package it properly. Recently, I tried a shaded Papua New Guinea coffee, only to become ill. I had breathing problems, heart palpitations and became dizzy. I learned afterwards, that the packaging was toxic as it had a plastic liner inside. I will not leave Food Alchemy again to experiment. Please always stay in business.
